• Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or its equivalent from a recognised University or Institution approved by UGC/AICTE/DEB/AIU/State Government
• Minimum 10+ years of work experience post completion of the qualifying education with relevant managerial experience and aspiring to take on leadership roles in their organisations

Candidates will successfully complete the programme if they are evaluated for all modules with good grades
Successful candidates will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ from XLRI Jamshedpur and the certificate will be awarded on the XLRI campus during the graduation ceremony
Those with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’. It will be mandatory for participants to complete the campus module for successful completion of the programme
