Course Overview
IIM Kashipur's Executive Certificate Programme in Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSCM) (Batch 04) is a dynamic programme aimed at imparting analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to develop solutions for a variety of supply chain management and design problems and develop an understanding for use of information technology in optimising the operations & supply chain processes. The programme highlights how supply chain can make significant contribution to business results and how you can cope up with uncertainties with your expertise.

Eligibility
- Diploma (10+2+3)/bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4)/2 years’ master’s degree or equivalent/from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
- 2 years of work experience after completion of qualifying education.
- Participants who fulfil the above criteria but are not working currently are also eligible for the programme.

Participants will be selected based on their overall profile.
Course Modules
The programme content comprises the following modules.
Certificate
- Students who successfully clear the evaluation criteria along with the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Completion’ from IIM Kashipur.
- Students with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’.
- Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Kashipur Alumni status.

Pedagogy
- The programme will be primarily taught through a combination of class exercises, presentations, take-home exercises, simulations, and case studies.
- The course contents are organised in a way to provide the participants with an introduction to the application of content to various business aspects.
- Each participant will do a project under the guidance of one of the course faculty. Each participant will be expected to make a presentation of the project during the on-campus module.
